Store Policy

At Sandbox Psyche, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us today!

  • Digital Products We do not offer refunds for digital products or work completed as that goes against the general nature of an honor system. We have no way of knowing if you delete the digital products you have purchased. And, if commissioned work is already completed, digital or otherwise, we in good faith expect to reserve the rite to the compensation made.

  • We do not issue refunds for Reading(s). If you notify us more than 24 hours in advance, we can establish a credit in full for your Reading in ZoomPerson at a future time TBD. If you cannot make your Reading, and it is within 24 hours of your scheduled Reading, we will do a recorded .mp3 reading during that timeslot and email send it to you. We prefer in-person Zoom Reading experiences, though our time is as valuable as yours. Also, please respect others and do not schedule if you are most likely going to cancel. 1. We do not appreciate Cancel Culture as we are not an airline. We do not double book. More importantly, though, others own their schedule and time. We put them at the front of the queue. We hope you can respect the transparency of that and be the master of your schedule and follow through with what you say you are going to do. 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase once received, we can directly discuss how you would like to handle it with a personal customer service Zoom call we will schedule with you at your convenience or over the Chat feature at the bottom right of your screen.
